Prayer vs. Weather: or a Global Warming

Honestly, the temperature has only been truly cold one day so far this winter. So, naturally, we dressed for it. But we were shedding layers almost immediately.
We are blaming the senior office sister missionary because she said that she has prayed to have "no winter" until she returns to the States at the end of January. She doesn't like the cold. She's a very stalwart and faithful missionary. So, perhaps true winter here will start on January 29, 2014, in Vladivostok.
