No, we don't think of food ALL the time, just most of the time. We made our first batch of fudge after scouring stores far ands wide for marshmallows and appropriate chocolate bars. We weren't sure the Russian sugar would melt, but it did! Hurray! The flavored marshmallows (only kind we've found so far) added their own bit of individuality to the flavor. Though different from fudge at home, overall, it was a pretty successful batch. Never fear! We shall try again.
