We are most happy when any of the elders or sisters call and bring one of their investigators to our apartment for a discussion. We were just getting ready to watch the Olympic torch pass down the street outside our window when these lovely ladies and their investigator showed up on our doorstep. The torch passed on without us even thinking about it as we marveled at the ability of these young ladies to hold an in-depth conversation with a native Russian speaker and send him away with a promise to read the Book of Mormon and meet with them again to talk more about the gospel of Jesus Christ.
